PROJECT SALES ENGINEER

ROLE:

To drive project-based sales and manage the full sales cycle—from specification and tender stage through to project completion. You will play a key role in delivering technical solutions and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage project sales opportunities in commercial kitchens, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors
  • Secure product specifications through engagement with consultants, contractors, and project owners
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
  • Provide technical sales support including solution proposals, drawing review, and system selection
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for design validation and handover
  • Support commercial matters during project execution (variation orders, scope clarification)
  • Maintain accurate CRM/Salesforce data, sales pipeline, and forecasts
  • Achieve sales targets, order intake, and margin objectives

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / HVAC / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in project sales or sales engineering (HVAC/MEP industry preferred)
  • Proven experience working with consultants and contractors
